• How do I place my order ?  
  
  Jewellery
  Browse through our online category and once you select a design you like, click on the individual picture and note down the Design No and category. You can then email us your request with all relevant details to nowgems@sltnet.lk. We are always available to help you by phone on +94-112-555-648 during business hours at our city office or you may contact us online.
  
  Please be sure to mention your Ring size if you are placing an order in the ring category.
  
  Gems
  Each gemstone will be sourced either from our existing stock or from our trusted chain of suppliers, both local and international. As the personal nature of a gemstone purchase has not changed you can initiate the dialogue by either sending your query/order by email to nowgems@sltnet.lk where we will then show you samples of the gemstones you need, before you confirm your purchase.

• What is the return policy ?
  
  Full price items that are in stock may be returned within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund once the item is received less shipping/bank charges. All sales are final on discounted items, special orders, or jewelry that has been altered in any way. If you wish to return an item or have questions about a specific item, please email or call our city office at +94-112-555-648 or contact us online for further instructions.
  
  
• How much is my delivery cost ?  
  
  All orders are sent via air freight due to the precious nature of the delivery. A customer service representative will contact you regarding details of your shipment.
  
  
• When will my order be dispatched ?
